TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All advertisers must pre-pay. We accept Visa,
Master Card or checks payable to: 3Planets.
- ShopOakPark & 3Planets reserve the right to reject any
advertising material that does not reflect our standards or
policies.
- ShopOakPark & 3Planets are not liable for product claims or
representations in an advertisement. Advertisers assume sole
responsibility for the content of their advertisement.
- The word "advertisement" will be placed at the top of any
advertisement that resembles editorial copy.
- No cancellations will be accepted after the closing date.
- The publisher is not liable for any errors in key numbers or
other typeset by the publisher.
- ShopOakPark is not required to furnish advertisers with ad
proofs for camera-ready copy.
- If an advertiser’s agency defaults in payment, the
advertiser will be held responsible for space charges and
related production fees.
- Terms are due upon receipt. Finance charges of 1.5% per
month will be charged for any invoices over 30 days.
- The advertiser is responsible for any collection fees
incurred for any invoice.
- ShopOakPark reserves the right to remove ads or listings for
non-payment.
